Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Collaborate with the product team and contribute to the product's overall success by taking part in both large and small product decisions along the way.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Stay informed about the latest backend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of proven UI/UX design experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Ability to make decisions, set priorities and work independently based on high-level targets of the business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for learning and staying updated with latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
