Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate tax compliance for Poland
  • Prepare and review tax returns and filings
  • Support tax audits and liaise with authorities
  • Support VAT compliance for Polish entities
  • Provide advisory on tax implications for business transactions
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on tax planning

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or specialization in Taxation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law will be acceptable
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CTA
  • Strong knowledge of current local tax laws and regulations (Polish tax law)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate tax, ideally in a multinational environment or Big Four accounting firms
  • Proven track record in tax compliance, audits, and advisory
  • Familiarity with international tax principles (OECD guidelines, transfer pricing)
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
  • Willingness to travel
