About the role
- Senior SAP FI Consultant responsible for leading projects and ensuring financial compliance within SAP. Involves integrations with various modules and training users.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Senior SAP FI (Financial Accounting) Specialist Consultant, leading implementation projects, rollouts, improvements and ongoing support for the module.
- Ensure financial and accounting compliance within SAP.
- Support accounting and tax closing processes.
- Ensure FI integration with other platform modules (CO, MM, SD, PP).
- Lead functional testing, user acceptance (UAT) and post-implementation support.
- Train key users and recommend continuous improvements to financial processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP FI consultant.
- Participation in at least one full end-to-end implementation cycle.
- Strong experience in FI module configuration and parameterization.
- Knowledge of FI integration with CO/MM/SD.
- Experience with accounting and tax closing processes and reconciliations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or IT.
- Official SAP FI or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is desirable.
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance.
- Knowledge of IFRS and international financial reporting.
- Advanced English for multinational projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
