About the role

• QA Analyst ensuring quality of tech solutions for a major hospital network in a hybrid role. Responsibilities include testing strategy, documentation, and team collaboration in Fortaleza.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the product to be tested from both technical and functional perspectives, defining the most appropriate testing strategy.
• Create test scenarios based on technical and functional specifications.
• Validate features after releases or deployments in the production environment.
• Collect, document and organize test evidence accurately.
• Log and report defects to the development team, ensuring traceability and clarity of information.
• Contribute to diagnosis and support problem resolution together with Development and Product teams.
• Create, update and maintain test data for test execution.
• Manage risks and ensure product quality at all stages of the sprint.
• Identify usability, functional and security bugs, giving special consideration to critical requirements in the hospital environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards for the sector.
• Document QA activities and produce detailed reports at the end of each sprint.

Requirements

• Solid experience with manual and automated testing.
• Strong expertise in test automation (frameworks, pipelines and best practices).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
• Understanding of DevOps and modern quality practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Good foundation in software architecture and quality engineering.
• Knowledge of databases for validation and test data creation.
• Familiarity with design patterns, especially those related to automation.
• Practice in defect management and control (tools, prioritization and workflow).
