About the role
- Lead Test / QA Lead responsible for defining and piloting testing strategy across multiple teams for Tech Riders. Ensuring quality alignment, coordination, and reporting during program transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Definition and rollout of the program-wide test strategy (approach, coverage, environments, data, tooling)
- Coordination of testing activities across multiple streams and teams (testers, test automation engineers, Business Analysts, developers)
- Acting as a central liaison between business, IT and QA teams to align quality objectives and priorities
- Management of test campaigns (SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end)
- Oversight of defect tracking, prioritization and safeguarding of production releases
- Establishment of quality metrics and production of reporting for governance bodies
- Identification of quality risks and proposal of remediation plans
- Supporting teams in implementing QA best practices and continuous improvement
- Contribution to test industrialization and automation
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years' experience in testing / quality assurance
- Proven experience as a Test Lead / QA Lead on multi-project or multi-team programs
- Strong ability to define and manage a test strategy at program level
- Excellent coordination, communication skills and cross-functional leadership
- Ability to operate in structured, demanding, high-stakes environments
- Good command of test management tools (Jira, Xray, HP ALM, TestRail or equivalent)
- Good understanding of agile or hybrid environments and the challenges of test automation
- Experience in banking, insurance or regulated environments is highly valued
