About the role

• Legal Analyst managing contracts and ensuring legal compliance at Tecban. Involved in contract negotiation and legal documentation for operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and drafting of contracts, processing these activities in management software, and sending documents for signature via DocuSign;
• Processing contractual amendments of various types;
• Allocation and distribution of legal review tasks to responsible team members;
• Review of documentation for commercial establishments;
• Monitoring and reporting — tracking contractual deadlines and ensuring timely compliance;
• Administrative legal support and serving as the legal-commercial interface;
• Experience in contract management;
• Clear and assertive communication, organization, analytical and preventive mindset;
• Ability to adapt to an environment of constant change and new technologies;
• Negotiation skills, proactivity, organization, and the ability to work in a team.

Requirements

• Education: Preferably a university degree in Law or related fields, or currently enrolled in such a program;
• If an attorney, active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration required;
• Desired professional experience: Experience in contract management and analysis, and entering data into management software;
• Prior knowledge: Microsoft Office suite, DocuSign, and management software.
