About the role
- Quality Assurance Engineer driving software quality through test automation and CI/CD validation at TeamViewer. Collaborating with teams to enhance quality assurance practices in the development process.
Responsibilities
- Write, review and execute test plans throughout the development life cycle
- Ensure test plans thoroughly cover all requirements and use cases
- Actively participate in meetings of the scrum team, provide feedback from the end-user perspective
- Closely work with QAs and developers across teams on common topics
- Foster a continuous improvement approach to QA activities
- Monitor and maintain automated Regression runs
- Develop automated tests and setup those under CI/CD
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
- Experience in automation testing or software development is a big plus
- Coding experience in either of the following languages: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript or similar is required
- Having a good AI knowledge and background and an AI first mindset in testing and development
- First professional experience in working with Jenkins, Jira and TestRail is a plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
