Requirements

  • Advanced technical degree (preferably in computer science, math, statistics, engineering, human-computer interaction or related quantitative field)
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with the model development lifecycle
  • Expertise in AI and machine learning, evaluation, statistics, and data visualization
  • Knowledge of model explainability and bias/fairness assessments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence people and resolve conflicting points of view
  • Quick learner who works on improving skills
