Junior Sales Manager focusing on bid management at TCC GmbH, a healthcare technology startup. Collaborating with internal teams and managing the entire bidding process.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Project Management, IT, Development) and external partners to develop solution concepts based on tender requirements.
You are responsible for the entire tender process – from the initial screening of bidding documents to the final submission of the offer.
You plan and lead kick-off meetings as well as regular coordination calls with internal and external stakeholders.
You compile and provide all relevant documents, cover letters, reference data and pricing sheets.
You review tender conditions (VgV, VOL), identify requirements and risks, and derive appropriate actions.
You ensure that all tender documents are complete, submitted on time and in the required format.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Industrial Engineering, Medical Technology or a comparable field
Strong communication and organizational skills with a high degree of empathy for customer needs
Technical understanding of IT and medical technology solutions
Strong analytical skills and organizational talent
Ability to translate complex requirements into structured, solution-oriented outputs
Confident user of MS Office
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
