About the role

  • Head of Brand Operations for Pepe Chicken, focused on growth and brand management in the digital-first QSR space. Requires extensive brand management experience and fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Define the 12-24 month vision for Pepe Chicken alongside the creator team.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing plans that drive "Orders Per Kitchen" (OPK).
  • Optimizing pricing tiers, A/B testing promotions, and managing the "Innovation Funnel" for LTOs.
  • Mastering the algorithms of Deliveroo, UberEats, and Just Eat to ensure visibility and conversion.
  • Manage the strategic relationship with our creator team.
  • Responsible for managing the brand’s budget and optimizing CAC/LTV ratios.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in high-growth Brand Management, Marketing, or Ops
  • QSR Deep-Dive: You understand the "Franchise mindset."
  • Financial Fluency: You speak the language of unit economics.
  • Data Native: Proficiency in Looker and advanced Excel modeling is non-negotiable.
  • Bilingual: Comfortable in English and French.
  • Agility: You thrive in moving from high-level board decks to "boots on the ground" operational fixes.
