About the role
- Digital design apprentice developing digital twins and print prototypes for Tapestry’s brands. Collaborating with design teams and receiving mentorship in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- As a digital product design apprentice, you will be part of an industry leading, innovation team.
- Collaborating closely with DPC team members, designers, product development and other cross functional teams.
- You will develop digital twins & print prototypes across Tapestry’s house of brands and product categories.
- The successful individual will leverage their proficiency while also receiving mentorship and day-to-day support.
- Experience all aspects of Digital Product Creation at Tapestry.
- Create 3D models in a variety of software, including but not limited to, Rhino, Modo, Clo3D & Blender.
- Render and visualize 3D models in Adobe Substance and beyond.
- Prep, print & hand finish 3D prints using the latest 3D printers and post processing tools.
- Learn DPC best practices including project and file management and maintenance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of work/internship digital design experience: modeling, visualizing and or 3D printing; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Technology savvy
- Proficiency in Adobe products including Photoshop & Illustrator
- Strong collaboration skills & excellent ability to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize
- Drive, curiosity & motivation to grow your skills, community, and career
