About the role
- Matrix42 Service Management Consultant advising clients on integrated solutions and digital technologies. Working with mid-sized companies and public administration on project leadership.
Responsibilities
- You advise our clients from the upper mid-market, large enterprises and the public sector on the continuous advancement of digital technologies
- You support our clients in defining, implementing and optimizing integrated solutions based on Matrix42 and Ivanti technologies
- You take on process consulting and (partial) project leadership for ESM (Enterprise Service Management) implementations in the areas of Finance, Logistics/Warehouse and Retail
- In collaboration with the client you develop concepts and coordinate these with other sub-projects
- You are also responsible for planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting within your area of responsibility
- You provide support services in customer service and assist in presales projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification
- Strong methodological and facilitation skills
- Analytical aptitude
