About the role
- Expert Accountant managing IFRS and HGB accounting processes at TANIOBIS GmbH. Responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and project coordination across international subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform all accounting tasks under HGB and IFRS for the assigned entities
- Prepare the consolidated financial statements and the consolidated annual report
- Ensure and monitor compliance with accounting policies and external legal requirements; take responsibility for the annual financial statements of the entities you manage
- Coordinate and execute subprojects
- Advise management on accounting, valuation and presentation matters
- Coordinate the calculation of corporate taxes and intercompany transfer pricing in cooperation with external tax advisors
- Conduct analyses for continuous process optimization
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- 5–10 years of professional experience in finance
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, German law (HGB, GoB) and corporate income tax
- Proficient with MS Office and SAP R/3 FI
- Good German and English language skills
- Solution-oriented, analytical thinker, integrity and team player
