Responsibilities
You are responsible for the reliable operation of datacenter infrastructure – Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and virtualization platforms (Proxmox VE).
Monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management are part of your daily routine.
You administer and optimize Windows Server environments, manage Active Directory and ensure secure, high-performing systems.
You work with Veeam Backup, protect critical systems and regularly test restore scenarios.
You support the operation of Proxmox VE environments, migrate systems and optimize resources.
You accompany complex modernization and migration projects from the technical side.
You perform system tests, document processes and help ensure smooth transitions — without service interruptions.
You work closely with your team, share knowledge and learn from more experienced colleagues.
Requirements
2–5 years of practical experience in system administration or infrastructure management
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
Good understanding of Active Directory (users, groups, policies, security)
Practical experience with Microsoft 365 or Office 365
Basic understanding of networking and security concepts
Experience with virtualization platforms (Proxmox VE, VMware or Hyper-V)
Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions (Veeam or similar)
You are reliable and conscientious — for critical systems this is non-negotiable
