About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain core platform services such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code frameworks, observability platforms, and secrets management.
- Drive platform standardization through golden paths, reusable tooling, and reference architectures.
- Own platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence, including automation and incident response.
- Embed security and compliance best practices into pipelines using policy-as-code.
- Partner with application teams to enable self-service infrastructure and smooth onboarding to the platform.
- Lead technical initiatives across squads and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
- Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Bicep or equivalent
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD systems including GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Gitlab
- Solid experience with cloud platforms, with Azure preferred and AWS/GCP as a plus
- Strong system design, debugging, and automation skills
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining platform automations using Python and Bash
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
