About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to collect, maintain, and understand business requirements
- Translate complex business terminology into technical language and vice versa
- Create clear, concise requirements and acceptance criteria that are unambiguous, complete, consistent, and verifiable
- Master data models and their business context through deep understanding
- Own the end-to-end data cycle process with accountability and precision
- Transform raw data into actionable reports and visualizations that meet business goals
- Analyze data proactively to identify problems, answer key questions, and develop quantitative and qualitative insights
Requirements
- Previous experience with business analysis and requirements engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of tools needed for data analysis and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing organizational objectives
- Confidence in presenting applications/demos to internal and external stakeholders
- Exposure to agile development approaches (e.g., Scrum) and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or Confluence
- Experience in the Re-/Insurance industry (nice to have)
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in business processes and suggest areas for improvement (nice to have)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques (nice to have)
- Experience with data governance and quality management (nice to have)
- Background in stakeholder management across different organizational levels (nice to have)
