Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day operations for Tele-Interview, Training and Development and vendor teams
Communicate effectively with all sites, ensuring a consistent experience for representatives and members
Build and establish a new Training and Development team
Interact directly with clients and advisors, as required
Manage team performance daily ensuring the service and quality objectives are attained
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Team Lead
Responsible for employee recruitment to meet business objectives
Identify, develop & maintain opportunities for process and system improvements
Requirements
4+ years of leadership experience
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
A relentless and demonstrated ability to find customer service and efficiency opportunities
Problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills that consider the interests of the client and the company
Proven skills analyzing data to make sound, data driven decisions
University degree or 4-6 years of related work experience
LOMA and/or ALU certifications are an asset
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only
