About the role

Responsibilities
- Monthly closure of books of account: Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

- Legal and Secretarial Compliance: Assist in review and execution of company agreements and contractual documentation.

Requirements
- A Chartered Accountant qualification

- A clear thinking / problem solving ability, able to oversee projects/process improvement initiatives within the organization
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
