Responsibilities
Join the team as a Trainee Risk and Assurance Auditor
Assist organisations in managing their key risks and enable them to achieve their goals
Meet with clients, discussing their processes and communicating potential weaknesses
Involved in audits ensuring recruitment is fair and budgets are well managed
Shadow auditors for an introductory period and then contribute to audits individually.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and multitask
Strong communication skills both internally and externally
Ability to analyse processes and procedures - this is key when conducting audits with our clients
An analytical and solutions-focused mindset – this role involves examining information in detail and actively finding ways to help clients improve processes and efficiency.
Ability to adapt to different subject specialisms and workplans
Access to a car would be necessary for occasional travel on site.

Starting salary from £22,000
Flexible working in a hybrid environment - the team operates with the opportunity to work from home some days each week. Whilst training you will be office based more often to ensure we provide you with all the support and training needed to allow you work more independently from home.
