About the role

  • Occupational Therapist collaborating with social workers to deliver assessments and support housing adaptations in South Norfolk. Offering a supportive team environment with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Social Worker and Assistant Practitioner colleagues to deliver strengths-based functional assessments
  • Collaborate with housing partners to plan housing adaptations
  • Provide support for newly qualified OTs and those moving from a different field of OT
  • Participate in regular meetings, supervision, and buddy system for new team members

Requirements

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
  • An interest in working in South Norfolk
  • Ability to embrace and develop strengths-based working to promote the independence and quality of life of service users and their carers
