Responsibilities
Own core systems and features end-to-end, from design and documentation to launch and live iteration

Requirements
Proven experience shipping and iterating on live-service, F2P mobile games
Strong system and feature design skills across complex, interconnected mechanics
Excellent design documentation and communication skills
Data-informed mindset (metrics, player behavior, live feedback)
Ability to lead through expertise, pragmatism, and collaboration
Comfort navigating constraints, ambiguity, and tradeoffs
