Fachplaner:in HLSK handling large building technology projects for STF Energy. Involving calculations, planning, and working closely with project teams and clients.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be a Building Services (TGA) planner specializing in HVAC & Plumbing (HLSK) within our STF Energy business unit and will take responsibility for the planning of various large-scale building services projects.
Projects include public buildings such as railway stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, supermarkets and hotels.
You will support our clients in all project phases of technical building services planning (TGA).
In planning your main tasks include: Calculations - you will independently perform various calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, domestic water, wastewater, stormwater, etc., to determine pipe and duct dimensions, air velocities and the sizing of components (e.g. valves).
Planning - you will independently prepare floor plans, schematics and section views. For our TGA specialist planning we use digital twins – fully digital representations of buildings whose BIM models form the basis for our planning.
Requirements
You should have professional experience in technical building services (TGA), e.g. in HVAC & plumbing specialist planning (HLSK), technical systems planning, technical drafting, planning engineering or a similar role.
Ideally you have experience across the various trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or you have specialized in one of these areas.
The following qualifications should apply: You have completed an (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) with a focus on supply/building services engineering or similar OR you are a state-certified technician or hold a master craftsman certification in one of the trades (HLSK).
Through previous roles or your training you already have user knowledge of industry-specific CAD software (e.g. Revit or AutoCAD) and tendering/billing software (such as ORCA AVA or similar).
To ensure optimal communication among all stakeholders, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
