About the role

  • Support Analyst facilitating installation and troubleshooting of IT equipment at Stefanini. Engaging in problem analysis and collaborative solutions with suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Support, installation and configuration of new IT equipment and reconfiguration of previously installed devices;
  • Analysis and diagnosis of incidents to resolve issues, occasionally working together with vendors and other professionals;
  • Support for installation and configuration of operating systems (MS-Windows 7/8/10/11 or their technological successors);
  • Support for installation and configuration of native user applications on devices (MS Office Professional, MS Outlook, web browsers) or cloud services (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive);
  • Installation of market-standard software approved and provided by the client (antivirus agents, PDF readers, plug-ins, etc.);
  • Installation of specific applications or information systems provided there are procedures, manuals or tutorials supplied by PRODESP and, when necessary, with assistance from the vendor or developer.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in the area;
  • Currently pursuing or completed higher education;
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems;
  • Advanced skills in maintenance and configuration of Microsoft Windows 7 or later environments;
  • Experience with Active Directory authentication technology;
  • Office 365 and Microsoft Office 2016 or later;
  • MD-100 (Microsoft 365) — Desktop (MD-100);
  • Knowledge of computer networks (wired and wireless), TCP/IP protocol, encryption and wireless network security;
  • Advanced hardware maintenance skills;
  • Basic English reading skills;
  • Certification: ITIL v4 or higher (desirable);
  • Certification: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or higher for Windows 10 (desirable).
