About the role
- Post-Production Technical Support Specialist supporting CRIMS product post-go-live. Engaging in client requirement definition and technical solutions collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support customer post-go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) product
- Define new client requirements and configure the application to the client’s needs
- Test technical workflows and resolve issues
- Liaise with other Charles River Support team and Product resources to troubleshoot application issues
- Lead and manage multiple technical initiatives
- Collaborate with team members including business analysts, project managers, and customer staff
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the Financial / Software Services industry
- Hands-on experience gained in the financial industry working for a consultancy or software vendor
- Java and C# programming skills
- Knowledge of ETL tools such as Kettle and Talend
- Familiar with at least one SCM (Perforce would be a plus)
- Understanding of ERDs and N-tier application architecture
- SOAP/XML and messaging software like MQ Series, MSMQ, Sonic MQ, Open JMS, Kafka
- In-depth knowledge of one of the following RDBMS: Oracle or MS SQL Server
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent field
