About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and shape the training portfolio for Cloud and DevOps.
- Develop high-quality, practice-oriented learning content.
- Coordinate internal processes and manage external experts.

Requirements
- University degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in instructional design and creation of technical learning content, ideally in Cloud, DevOps, Data, or Software Engineering.
- Knowledge of Cloud and DevOps, particularly in foundational and applied topics.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Proficient with Git & Markdown.
- Resilience and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- User focus and empathy in designing learning materials.
- Strong team and communication skills, including working with external experts or freelancers.
- Excellent German skills (C2) and good English (at least C1).
