About the role

Responsibilities

- Maintain centralized repository, ensure templates follow approval processes, and communicate updates.
- Respond to emails, handle correspondence, and assist with research and document preparation.
- Partner with internal teams on client data and participate in stakeholder training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in contract management or corporate legal administration.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with software contracts, amendments, statements of work, and order forms.
- Technical Skills MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Professional.
