About the role
- Forward Deployed Engineer delivering high-impact software solutions for partner integrations at Sprinter Health. Collaborating with internal teams and strategic partners in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Embed with strategic partners to understand technical, operational, and data workflows
- Build backend and full-stack systems that power partner integrations and patient access
- Translate bespoke partner needs into scalable, reusable platform features
- Rapidly prototype and ship solutions while maintaining production-grade quality
- Own partner-facing APIs, data flows, and onboarding integrations end to end
- Collaborate closely with product, ops, data, and clinical teams to launch real-world solutions
- Feed partner learnings back into product strategy and platform architecture
- Act as a technical owner for complex integrations from discovery through rollout
Requirements
- 5+ years as a backend or full-stack software engineer shipping production systems
- Led projects from architecture and design through implementation and launch
- Built or integrated with external APIs, data pipelines, or partner systems
- Worked in fast-moving startup environments where ambiguity, speed, and ownership were required
- Partnered cross-functionally with product, ops, or non-technical stakeholders
- Written clean, maintainable code while balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability.
