- 가설 기반의 한국 EFL/ESL 콘텐츠 전략을 수립하고 측정 가능한 임팩트를 창출
- 한국 학습자의 영어 학습 니즈에 대한 신뢰받는 전문가로서 주요 결정에 영향력 행사
- 모든 프로젝트에서 높은 실행 속도와 철저한 일정 관리 유지
- 한국 콘텐츠 관련 contractors를 관리 및 역량 강화
- AI 기반 워크플로우를 실험·도입하여 콘텐츠 제작 효율과 품질을 개선하고 새로운 아이디어를 프로토타이핑
Requirements
- 원어민 수준의 한국어 능력
- 영어 curriculum 또는 콘텐츠 디자인 경력 4–7년 이상, 에듀테크 경험 선호
- 높은 사용자의 공감력(user empathy)
- 강한 창의적 직관 및 마케팅 감각
- 독자적으로 고품질 커리큘럼을 제작할 수 있는 역량
- 원활히 협업해 결정을 주도한 경험
