Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise architecture advisors to break down IT processes into programming units;
• Describe and document programming units;
• Implement the programming units;
• Document code according to current norms and standards;
• Perform unit testing;
• Support analysts during functional testing;
• Contribute to the development of organizational rules;
• Package solutions;
• Deploy solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information technology, including at least five (5) years as an analyst-developer on development, enhancement, or maintenance engagements for application solutions;
• Within the last four (4) years, have completed at least one (1) engagement of a minimum of 300 days each in a project with a minimum scope of 3,000 person-days for implementation and integration of solutions involving the use of the .NET framework for an organization with technological and organizational scale similar to the Ministry;
• In the last five (5) years, have completed at least 800 days as an analyst-developer using the .NET framework;
• Be able to perform the activities and deliverables listed;
• Ability to clearly explain concepts and strong oral and written communication skills in French to document and present materials to Ministry teams at all times;
• Able to use Microsoft 365 tools
