About the role
- Staff Engineer (Frontend) shaping stablecoin platform for fintech company. Leading technical architecture and mentoring engineers while delivering scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the frontend architecture for a stablecoin platform supporting multiple currencies and blockchains.
- Build and maintain end-to-end integrations surfaced through the product.
- Deliver secure, auditable operator workflows.
- Ensure strong audit trails and immutable logging UX for regulatory reporting.
- Mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and raise the bar through reviews focused on security, performance, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years working directly with stablecoins/blockchain.
- Expert in Angular (TypeScript-first) for large-scale applications.
- Perfect/Expert React.js knowledge.
- Expert-level proficiency in backend development (Nest.js (or Node.js)).
- Experience with blockchain integrations and transaction types.
- Strong foundations in cryptography concepts, key management approaches (HSM/MPC), and wallet infrastructure.
- Event-driven/distributed systems mindset; strong SQL + NoSQL skills; familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD.
