About the role
- Lead QA Engineer leading quality assurance efforts for software development in banking industry. Mentoring QA engineers and collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of web applications in both QA and production environments;
- Key responsibilities include automation and manual testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing;
- Report bugs and issues, ensuring proper documentation;
- Lead, mentor, and guide QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Execute test cases and compare results with expected outcomes;
- Collaborate with the development team to support continuous improvement in the QA process.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in QA testing
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with any test automation framework is required, and experience with Playwright will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
- Having experience in mobile app testing is beneficial
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
