Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in an analytics or technical subject area
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience building or querying relational databases or big data environments leveraging languages such as SQL, R, Python
- Proven analytical/problem-solving skills with capability to determine solutions to unusual and complex problems
- Strong attention to detail, collaborative and ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in the retail and institutional businesses
- Experience leveraging Robotics Processing Automation software, specifically Blue Prism
- Experience working with off-premises processing and data storage (AWS, Azure, other Cloud solutions)
- Experience in an Audit, Compliance, Risk, or Security function is a plus
