- Solid front-end knowledge (HTML / CSS / jQuery)
- Able to work without Webflow (i.e., hand-code when needed)
- Experience with GSAP and familiarity with Figma
- Ideally proficient with Client-first
- Curious and open to working with other Webflow frameworks
- Ideally has a good eye for design
- Good overall web knowledge (SEO / hosting / PageSpeed / conversion, etc.)
