About the role

• Analista de Inteligência Comercial conducting performance analysis and driving strategic insights for SLC Agrícola. Key responsibilities include pricing, budgeting, and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance analyses, build scenarios, and develop projections;
• Structure, maintain, and evolve KPIs and performance dashboards;
• Monitor variations, opportunities, and risks related to the Annual Sales Plan (PAV), supporting decision-making;
• Perform pricing analyses, including price sensitivity and profitability assessments;
• Structure and analyze data for cash flow and forecast, ensuring financial predictability and supporting commercial decisions;
• Track and analyze sales expenses, participating in the PDCA cycle for the budget, controlling deviations, identifying root causes, and supporting action plans;
• Consolidate, analyze, and ensure the quality of information and reports submitted to Executive Management and other departments, ensuring data consistency, clarity, and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
• Experience in commercial performance analysis and KPI management;
• Experience with forecasting, projections, and monitoring sales budgets/expenses;
• Knowledge of pricing, profitability, and margin analysis;
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools;
• Ability to consolidate information and prepare management reports for Executive Management and internal stakeholders.
