Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in a complex SaaS environment
  • Use data-driven prospecting techniques (“the Science”) to consistently create healthy pipeline
  • Guide prospects through a structured evaluation journey (“the Transition & Curation”)
  • Build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships that lead to successful closing (“the Artform”)
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
  • Maintain accurate, disciplined activity and organization in HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Hit weekly production and performance metrics—your steady wave count
  • Seek continuous feedback, coaching, and opportunities to level up your craft

Requirements

  • 1–5 years in SaaS or solution-selling roles (SDR, BDR, AE, AM)
  • Exposure to complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Proven ability to thrive in a metric-driven, high-velocity environment.
