About the role

  • Field Sales Representative managing teams and client relationships across Europe. Focused on leadership in customer service and team development within a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to assigned team leaders
  • Plan and ensure targeted onboarding and training for new team leaders
  • Act as a proactive support for employees in challenging customer and personnel matters
  • Ensure consistent and orderly customer and employee communication across the team
  • Customer relationship management / maintain regular customer contact through collaboration, participation in customer conferences, etc.
  • Manage, enforce, and continuously monitor assigned consumption and service budgets
  • Systematic controlling of operational and administrative service KPIs and deriving targeted measures in case of deviations

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent professional qualification
  • Practical experience in field sales and in leading employees
  • Independent, customer- and employee-oriented working style
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Ability to lead by example and to motivate others
  • Valid Class B driver's license (category B)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
