About the role

  • Sales representative organizing product placement and training new employees in consumer markets. Managing quality controls and communication with clients and team members in Bonn, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Organize merchandise/product placement according to customer specifications
  • Recruit and hire new employees
  • Provide onboarding and training for staff
  • Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective actions
  • Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (apprenticeship or equivalent)
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and be accountable for them
  • Lead by example and talent for motivating others
  • Category B driving license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or people management is a plus
