About the role

  • Sleep Insomnia Therapist providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia at Hartland Clinic. Collaborating as a multi-disciplinary team member and engaging in patient care with robust benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide cognitive behavior therapy and function as a multi-disciplinary team member
  • Provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) treatment for adult outpatients
  • Conduct individual, family and group psychotherapy
  • Review and evaluate patient medical records
  • Perform diagnostic assessments
  • Provide emergency intervention and assessment as required
  • Evaluate treatment efficacy and patient progress
  • Conduct necessary tests that lead to correct diagnosis and treatment
  • Spend 80% of time in clinical practice and 20% in administrative functions

Requirements

  • LCSW or LPC fully licensed in Wisconsin
  • Specific training in CBTI
  • Must be comfortable with circadian rhythms and collaborating with the Sleep Center
  • 2+ years' experience
