About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operational procurement of raw, auxiliary and operating materials (RHB) as well as indirect materials to ensure smooth production operations
- Processing orders according to the requirements of production planning and internal departments
- Reviewing order confirmations and pre-account assignment of invoices
- Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring the timely availability of goods
- Ensuring compliance with and implementation of central purchasing policies, guidelines and strategies
- Supporting procurement cost optimization through tenders, price comparisons and cost-reduction initiatives
- Monitoring inventory levels in cooperation with warehouse management and taking measures to prevent shortages
- Handling supplier complaints and claims
- Maintaining purchasing and material data in the ERP system
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in operational purchasing, preferably in a production environment
- Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented, structured way of working
