About the role

  • Power Platform engineer working with Automation team at a B-Corp certified investment platform. Building governance frameworks and training on Microsoft Power Platform tools in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining a Centre of Excellence to govern and grow our Power Platform
  • Monitoring usage, ensuring security and best practice across apps, flows, and connectors
  • Running “lunch and learn” sessions, hackathons, and training to promote citizen development
  • Mentoring colleagues to help them use Power Platform tools confidently and effectively
  • Designing and developing secure, efficient, low-code/no-code solutions for complex challenges
  • Reporting on adoption and success metrics to identify new opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to prioritise and deliver value

Requirements

  • You have experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI
  • You’re passionate about empowering others through training, mentoring, and community building
  • You understand application lifecycle management (ALM), governance, and platform hygiene
  • You can translate business needs into secure, scalable Power Platform solutions
  • You enjoy working collaboratively across teams to solve business problems
  • (Desirable) You hold PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 certifications, or have equivalent hands-on experience
  • (Desirable) You have additional technical skills in AI, Azure/AWS, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#
