About the role
- Security Specialist contributing to personal security within SEB's operations. Coordinating, developing, and advising on personal security measures for employees and stakeholders in various locations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating, following up, and developing security within the area of personal security (Personal Security), including event and travel security.
- Further developing internal regulations, methods, and processes based on legal requirements.
- Serve as the bank’s expertise on security related issues within the area of personal security, both to provide advisory support and to drive the development of relevant security requirements to mitigate personal-related risks for the bank’s staff.
- Translating threat assessments into risk assessments for the business and creating relevant internal requirements and operational measures.
- Monitoring development in personal security and representing the security organization in internal and external collaboration meetings.
- Supporting the business with ad hoc issues such as threat and incident assessments, tailored training and workshops, interpretation of regulations and instructions, and specific questions.
Requirements
- Relevant education in security or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways
- Experience revising and implementing governance and support, as well as following up on adherence to security controls
- Build relationships and highlight security issues for different stakeholders
- Experience in within the area personal security, including event and travel security.
- Experience working with ISO 27001
- Represent our organization confidently in both internal and external collaboration
- Communicate effectively in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
