Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a full roadmap for all data science studies and initiatives
- Manage multiple data science resources, ensuring the team stays hyper-organized and meets execution deadlines
- Lead data projects from gathering and preprocessing to advanced modeling and executive-level presentation
- Leverage AI coding tools (like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, analysis, and visualization tasks
- Act as the primary bridge between the data team and leadership, providing clear, concise, and professional reports on project status and findings
- Oversee the entire team's priorities, ensuring operational excellence and accountability
Requirements
- +6 years of applied Data Science experience
- Tip-top English communication skills are mandatory
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong experience using AI tools to streamline coding and data analysis workflows
- Exceptional project management ability; you are hyper-organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent high-level portfolio/research experience
