- Overall responsibility for the IT department of the Schwarte Group
- Hands-on operational work — from infrastructure topics to application support
- Further development of the IT strategy in close coordination with executive management
- Responsibility for the stable operation of IT systems and the implementation of innovative IT projects
- Management of external service providers and IT partners
- Budget responsibility and regular reporting to management
- Point of contact for internal stakeholders on all IT-related matters
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in an IT environment
- Solid knowledge in IT infrastructure (Entra ID / Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, Hyper-V), IT security, ERP systems (ideally proALPHA/SAP), and Veeam
- Hands-on mentality — you also get involved operationally
- Leadership qualities with strong execution skills, entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation
- Confident, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Basic proficiency in English, spoken and written
