- Financial Analyst responsible for financial analysis and reporting at SCP Health. Collaborating with teams to support planning, budgeting, and key performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly analysis and reporting of key information for operational teams
- Support with the financial planning and budgeting process
- Assist with ad hoc tasks including development and monitoring of revenue, expenses, key performance metrics
- Compile, evaluate, and transform information for financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Communicate effectively with other departments including IT, Accounting, HR, Legal, Revenue Cycle Services, and Operations
Requirements
- 3 years of prior financial analysis or reporting experience
- Preferred healthcare finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Data Science, Statistics
- CPA designation or Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; analytical software suite, access, and billing systems is a plus
- Exposure to VBA, Workday Planning, JavaScript, MicroStrategy, Python, Workday, SQL is a plus
- Knowledge of relational/multi-dimensional databases is a plus
- Data analysis skills including cleaning and analysis
- Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a stressful, time-sensitive environment.
