- 5+ years building and scaling web applications with demonstrated impact in production environments
- Strong full-stack proficiency including web frameworks (Rails preferred), frontend frameworks and libraries (NextJS and React preferred), and SQL databases
- Proven collaboration abilities in cross-functional startup environments with mentoring experience and strong technical communication skills
- System design expertise for scalable applications including authentication/authorization, caching, background processing, and API design principles (GraphQL preferred)
- Fintech domain knowledge including financial services, wealth management, regulatory compliance, or financial data integrations
- Modern development ecosystem experience with macOS toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, IaaS providers, and observability platforms (Datadog)
