Requirements
A Bachelor's degree (Master's is a huge plus!).
5-7 years of product management experience, with a total of 10+ years in IT (including software engineering).
Deep, deep knowledge and hands-on experience building scalable application integration and data transformation frameworks.
Must have experience building or using workflow & orchestration tools.
Bonus points for strong experience building with event-based architecture.
You're a pro at building API-first products/services and understand data orchestration systems inside and out.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and showcase impressive improvements.
The knack for translating complex problems and brilliant ideas into easily understood, actionable items.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you're a natural communicator.
Master of time management and prioritization – you get things done.
Experience with databases and programming languages like Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, etc.
A burning passion for managing products and driving measurable results.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and constantly spot opportunities for improvement (both in products and processes).
Extra Credit: Experience with identity security products like Okta, Sailpoint, Ping Identity, Oracle, IBM, or Microfocus.
Familiarity with product management tools such as Aha, Jira, Confluence, and Pendo.
