Responsibilities

• **What Your Day Might Look Like:**
• **Build dashboards that matter:** Design and implement reports in Power BI that are clean, useful, and easy to maintain.
• **Work with real stakeholders:** Collaborate with clients, BAs, Product Owners, and Data Scientists to clarify reporting needs and priorities.
• **Prototype and iterate:** Wireframe and prototype dashboards, gather feedback, and improve the solution through quick iterations.
• **Support the data behind the visuals:** Work with Data Engineers to ensure the data is ready, consistent, and well-structured for reporting.
• **Own the BI layer:** Contribute to data modelling, DAX measures, and BI platform structure so reporting stays scalable over time.
• **Be part of delivery:** Participate in agile routines like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• **Raise the bar:** Share best practices with the team and help improve how we design and deliver BI solutions.

Requirements

• **Your Superpowers🚀:**
• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power BI. (Bonus points if you're comfortable with Tableau or Looker as well)
• Solid SQL skills and confidence building DAX measures and data models.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into practical BI solutions.
• Good understanding of data modelling and how to structure reporting for scalability.
• A clear sense of what makes a dashboard effective — not just visually appealing, but decision-oriented.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Comfortable working in agile teams and contributing across the BI delivery lifecycle.
