Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the visual identity - Create brand-aligned assets and contribute to the evolution of our look & feel.
Produce assets for the Marketing team - Print materials, event collateral, email design, performance ads, and all other required deliverables.
Collaborate on the creation of our design system - Build scalable visual components to streamline asset production.
Work cross-functionally with multiple teams - Marketing, Product, and Sales, providing creative direction, feedback, and operational support.
Requirements
3/5 years of experience in design agencies or studios, with a strong focus on branding and visual identity.
Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D programs.
Strong visual culture, a refined aesthetic sense, and a methodical approach to brand design.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design choices and manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
Curiosity for generative AI, openness to experimentation, and a passion for innovation, fintech, and design systems.
