About the role

  • Analista de Atração e Seleção at Santa Casa BH, responsible for recruitment and selection processes, ensuring candidate evaluation and internal mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment and selection activities for all professional levels;
  • Validate the complete job profile with the hiring manager to facilitate/optimize the selection processes, including job descriptions, required knowledge, personal characteristics, among others;
  • Review candidates' resumes with focus on the open role profile, through database searches or those submitted by applicants;
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and forward approved candidates for technical interviews with the hiring managers;
  • Evaluate candidates' personal skills; administer, score, and analyze psychological tests, situational tests, and group exercises, preparing psychological reports;
  • Select candidate(s) together with the requesting area's representative, based on analysis of materials collected during the assessment processes;
  • Notify candidates who were not selected in the recruitment process via phone, email, or other means;
  • Conduct internal recruitment by communicating open positions to employees to promote internal mobility and value employees' potential at GSC-BH;
  • Record indicators related to Recruitment and Selection activities;
  • Monitor the entire hiring process for persons with disabilities (PWDs);
  • Provide psychological support to GSC-BH employees as needed;
  • Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the area, aiming for improvement and professional development in the role;
  • Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to the area by presenting and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities to help define actions to be taken and assist in the continuous improvement of processes;
  • Perform other tasks of the same nature and level of complexity upon request of the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Postgraduate studies in related areas preferred
