About the role

  • Store Manager-in-Training developing skills to lead Safelite's auto glass operations. Partnering with Store Manager to build a customer-focused and high-performance team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Manager on the full cycle of talent fundamentals, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, development, performance management, termination, culture and engagement of their team.
  • Support the execution of annual plans for a store by partnering with the Store Manager.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the store operations and management, including but not limited to safety, facility management, inventory management, timecard management/records and process/policy compliance.
  • Build a culture that prioritizes driving a great, memorable, and easy customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience welcomed
  • 5-7 years leadership and supervision experience, preferred
  • Ability and willingness to work at multiple locations within a district
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web applications and general office equipment
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and courteously, adhering to all Company policies and procedures relating to safety
